At Global Healthcare & Management Consulting Services LLC, we work with our clients around the world to improve their clinical and financial performance measures; enhance their Quality of Care delivery to patients; improve their Patients and other Customers’ Satisfaction; as well as equip them with skills to optimally utilize their Resources; through diligent deployment of System Redesigns, Clinical Analytics, Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence, and other evidence-based and culturally-sensitive Approaches. We are located in San Jose, ‘The Capital of Silicon Valley’, in California, United States. Our main goal is to help improve the delivery of healthcare to vulnerable populations around the world to a level comparable to what is obtainable in the western world through Consulting, Management and Skillset Training, Enterprise or Clinical facilities Management, Partnership, and outright Ownership. We are, for the most part, an outward-facing enterprise, fully committed to improving healthcare delivery, organizational and government agencies performance in Africa, Middle East, Central America, South America and other areas where they continue to face challenges meeting the healthcare and other needs of their citizens.
